85 Collect production information/data, finish SAP/Hydra/DOR bookings in a daily basis; ensure the information and data are accurate.
收集所有基本信息、數(shù)據(jù)，完成每天的SAP、Hydra、報(bào)表， 并保證生產(chǎn)相關(guān)報(bào)表的完整性、準(zhǔn)確性

85 Take charge of shift overlap, conduct on-site management and production efficiency improvement.
負(fù)責(zé)每天的交接班工作，進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理及生產(chǎn)效率的提高

85 Good communication with operators, offer necessary help and support timely.
掌握本班作業(yè)員的基本信息，給他們提供必要的幫助與支持

85 Assist evaluation and training to operators.
協(xié)助部門(mén)主管進(jìn)行全體員工的評(píng)估及相關(guān)培訓(xùn)

85 In charge of mold changing, raw material, check and ensure all machines run properly.
負(fù)責(zé)模具、原料的更換，檢查并保證生產(chǎn)設(shè)備以及輔助設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)

85 Patrol and inspect, make corresponding measures if any issues or problems.
按時(shí)進(jìn)行當(dāng)班產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量巡查，并及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品或模具異常，做出相應(yīng)改善措施

85 Report timely if any tough emergency occurred.
如遇突發(fā)事件無(wú)法處理，需及時(shí)上報(bào)

85 Support continuous improvement in the factory, Keep 5S in a high standard for responsible area.

2、Requirements / Qualifications/任職資格與要求:

85 Minimum Technical Secondary school education, preferred.
中專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷
85 5 years related work experience, preferred.(Moulding, Injection or Hot press)
5 年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)（模具、注塑或熱壓）
85 Basic on-site management and team leading skills.
基本的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理和帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)的技能
85 Positive attitude towards other assignments.
配合上級(jí)主管的其他工作安排
85 Committed to Continuous Improvement.
